For the mobile app, we use Software Development Kits (SDKs) and local storage mechanisms which function as the mobile-equivalent of web cookies for tracking and analytics.

We do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. We utilize third-party SDKs for the following purposes:

11. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
As a Data Principal, you have the following rights:

Obtain confirmation of data processing, request a summary of your personal data, and know the identities of Data Fiduciaries with whom your data is shared.
Right to Correction & Erasure (§12)
Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data, request complete erasure, and update outdated information.
Right to Grievance Redressal (§13)
Register complaints with our Grievance Officer and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied.
Right to Nominate (§14)
Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in case of your death or incapacity.

12. Consent Management
12.1 Providing Consent
When you register for Trinity Network App, you provide consent by:

Effect of Withdrawal: We will stop processing your data for purposes requiring consent. You may lose access to certain features. Data required for legal compliance will be retained as required by law.
13. Children's Privacy
Trinity Network App is strictly for users 18 years of age or older.
Why 18+?

14. Data Breach Notification

14.2 Notification to Affected Users
Affected Data Principals will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable via email, push notification, and/or in-app notice, including the nature of breach, data affected, and remedial actions.
14.3 Our Response
We will immediately assess the scope and impact, contain the breach, notify relevant authorities, notify affected users with clear information, take remedial actions to prevent recurrence, and document the incident for regulatory compliance.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes:
