These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Trinity Network operated by:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

3.3 Account Responsibility

• ▸Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ▸All activities that occur under your account
• ▸Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.1 Required Information

To create an account, you must provide:

• ▸Phone number
• ▸Full name
• ▸Date of birth
• ▸Username (unique)
• ▸Password

4.2 Account Verification

• ▸Email verification via OTP is required
• ▸Phone number verification may be required
• ▸Additional verification (KYC) may be required for certain features in the future

4.3 Account Accuracy

• ▸Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• ▸Update your information to maintain accuracy
• ▸Not create accounts using false or misleading information
• ▸Not create multiple accounts

4.4 Username Policy

• ▸Usernames must be unique
• ▸Usernames must not contain offensive, misleading, or trademarked content
• ▸We reserve the right to reclaim usernames at our discretion

5.1 Node Operations

• ▸Node sessions last for 24 hours once activated
• ▸One active Node session per user at a time
• ▸Node rewards are calculated based on session duration and user level
• ▸Node performance may vary based on network conditions
• ▸The App does not perform actual cryptocurrency mining on the user's device

5.2 Node Rewards

• ▸Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet section upon session completion
• ▸Reward rates may change at our discretion
• ▸Rewards have no guaranteed monetary value until converted

5.3 Node Boosts

• ▸Boosts temporarily increase Node rate
• ▸Boost availability and effects may change
• ▸Premium plans may include enhanced Node capabilities

5.4 Level System

• ▸Users progress through levels based on Node activity
• ▸Higher levels may provide increased rewards
• ▸Level requirements may change over time

5.5 No Guarantee

6.1 In-App Wallet

• ▸Your wallet stores TIX tokens and other assets
• ▸Wallet balances are displayed in the App
• ▸We maintain records of all transactions

6.2 Cryptocurrency Transactions

• ▸Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• ▸Network fees may apply
• ▸Processing times depend on blockchain congestion

6.3 Transaction Limits

• ▸Minimum and maximum transaction limits may apply
• ▸Limits may vary based on verification status
• ▸We reserve the right to modify limits

6.4 Supported Tokens

• ▸Supported tokens include USDT and TIX Tokens
• ▸Token support may change at our discretion
• ▸We are not responsible for unsupported tokens sent to our addresses

6.5 User Responsibility

• ▸Providing correct wallet addresses
• ▸Verifying transaction details before confirming
• ▸Any losses due to incorrect addresses or network selection

7.1 Current Status

KYC verification is currently optional. We may require KYC in the future for compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws, and for fraud prevention, particularly concerning withdrawals or high-value transactions.

7.2 KYC Requirements

When you choose to complete KYC, you may need to provide:

• ▸Government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving Licence)
• ▸Bank account details
• ▸Selfie/photo for identity verification

7.3 KYC Processing

• ▸KYC applications are reviewed manually
• ▸Status updates are provided in the App

• ▸We reserve the right to reject applications

7.4 Data Handling

KYC data is handled as Sensitive Personal Data with enhanced security measures. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

8.1 Referral Rewards

Users can earn rewards by inviting others to the Trinity Network App using a unique referral link.

8.2 Referral Rules

• ▸Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
• ▸Fake accounts for referral abuse are prohibited
• ▸We reserve the right to void rewards from fraudulent referrals

8.3 Reward Changes

• ▸Referral reward rates may change at any time
• ▸Changes apply prospectively only

9.1 User Content

• ▸Users may create posts, comments, and interact with content
• ▸Content must not violate these Terms or applicable laws
• ▸You retain ownership of content you create
• ▸You grant us a license to display and distribute your content

9.2 Content Standards

Content must not:

• ▸Be illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• ▸Infringe on intellectual property rights
• ▸Contain spam, malware, or misleading information
• ▸Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9.3 Content Moderation

• ▸We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion
• ▸We may suspend accounts that repeatedly violate content standards
• ▸Users can report inappropriate content through the App

• ▸Quests are time-limited tasks that provide additional rewards
• ▸Quest availability and rewards may change at any time
• ▸Completion of quests is subject to verification
• ▸We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the quest system
• ▸Quest rewards are subject to the same terms as Node rewards

• ▸The AI assistant is powered by third-party AI technology
• ▸AI responses are for informational purposes only
• ▸Not financial, legal, or professional advice
• ▸We are not liable for decisions based on AI responses
• ▸Usage may be subject to token/word limits based on your plan

12.1 Premium Plans

• ▸Premium plans offer enhanced features
• ▸Pricing and features are displayed in the App
• ▸Plans may be one-time or subscription-based

12.2 Payments

• ▸Payments are processed through wallet balance or crypto
• ▸All payments are final unless stated otherwise
• ▸Refunds are at our sole discretion

12.3 Plan Changes

• ▸We may modify premium features
• ▸Price changes apply to new purchases only
• ▸Existing plans are honoured until expiration

13.1 Our Rights

Trinity Network and its licensors own all rights to:

• ▸All designs, graphics, and user interfaces
• ▸All trademarks, logos, and branding
• ▸All content we create

13.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• ▸Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
• ▸Access features available to your account type

13.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• ▸Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• ▸Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• ▸Use the App for any illegal purpose
• ▸Remove any proprietary notices
• ▸Use automated systems to access the App

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

We do not warrant that:

• ▸The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• ▸Defects will be corrected
• ▸The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• ▸Results from using the App will meet your expectations

15.3 Cryptocurrency Risks

You acknowledge that:

• ▸Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile
• ▸Tokens may lose value or become worthless
• ▸Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• ▸Regulatory changes may affect token value or legality

15.4 Investment Disclaimer

• ▸Node rewards are not guaranteed investments
• ▸Past performance does not guarantee future results
• ▸You should not invest more than you can afford to lose
• ▸Consult financial advisors for investment decisions

15.5 Digital Asset Disclaimer

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

16.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, or government actions.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trinity Network and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

18.1 By You

You may terminate your account by contacting our support team, which will lead to deactivation of your account on approval.

18.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for valid reasons including violation of these Terms, fraud, or legal requirements. Where reasonable, notice will be provided.

18.3 Effect of Termination

• ▸Pending transactions may be cancelled
• ▸Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
• ▸Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination

18.4 Survival

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

19.2 Jurisdiction

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App.

20.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at support@trinitycoin.ai. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 90 days.

20.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in New Delhi, India.

20.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

20.4 Exceptions from Arbitration

21.1 Right to Modify
